from Microsoft and nowadays the most users are using this for personal
and official purposes. Windows 10 has many features and at the same time
some features are disturbing the User, Windows Update is the one example
for this. Sometimes the automatic update will run in the background and it will
affect the system speed so the solution is to disable automatic updates.

The First Method – Group Policy

Here I am using Windows 10 Pro to demonstrating the topic.
The first step is to open the Group Policy Editor. We can open the Group Policy an editor from the Run box using the command ‘gpedit.msc’.
On the Group Policy Editor Window, you can find User
Configuration and Computer Configurations including several setting
such as Software Settings, Windows Settings, and Administrative
Templates.

double click the ‘Configure Automatic Updates’ from this and select the
Disabled value. This option will disable the Automatic Windows Update permanently.
